An alluring home, lovingly maintained for 110 years, encompasses the true understated elegance of the era in which it was created. Amidst the 3,500 sq ft+/- of living space find 6 gracious bedrooms, plus a TV room, accented by 4 and a half baths, updated granite kitchen, pantry, glassed in front porch with mesmerizing views of the ever-changing sea. Lush perennial gardens admired by all who pass by. Truly an ocean retreat beside Mothers Beach, Webhannet Golf Course and Edgecombe Tennis Club. Also close to the famous Rachel Carson’s Wildlife Refuge in Wells, an unforgettable walk leading to the ocean. Entertainment is at the door with a 4 minutes drive to fabulous Kennebunkport, featuring art galleries, restaurants, and boutiques. This is THE New England experience as you dreamed of.

Birthday celebration
Stayed here for family reunion and birthday celebration. Large house was perfect! Plenty of seating and enclosed sunroom was our favorite place to watch the ocean crashing against the rocks. Bedrooms were very large and comfy.

Plenty of room for our family, lots of hot water even on the 4th level! Fully equipped kitchen so very easy to make meals, beautiful sunny front porch, so close to the beach and playground. We loved being there in November without large crowds and letting the kids run freely on the beach- beautiful home and both owners and property managers prompt and accommodating

What a great beach house!
Everything was just perfect at the beach house in Kennebunk! I would love to come back! Our family had a really special time. Everything was just as the photos portrayed. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone! The view was really magnificent too! Sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking!
