「The house was very clean and communication/directions were very easy to understand!」

「The property was as described. The layout was PERFECT for our traveling companion, my wife, and I. The room arrangement was such that we each had our own area of the house. The layout was such that I drew a sketch of it as we are thinking of downsizing to a similar layout. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, an upgraded refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven. Each living space has individual air conditioning units which was a bonus as an 88 year old preferred it warmer...
