「Thin walls between rooms, could hear everything in adjacent rooms, just awful」

「The heating/ac unit was way too loud. Had to turn it off so I could hear the tv. Room was very clean - beds comfortable. The breakfast was good - standard breakfast buffet. Coffee very good. Gentlemen at check-in was awesome. My only "complaint" is that I booked through Expedia and the room was one of three that look out at the mechanical systems that are enclosed above the pool. I had no view - just a brick wall. Couldn't see to the left or right. A little sky showed above. I realize...

「It’s a wonderful property- or once was….needs a million dollar clean up and update…..Staff are wonderful and the restaurant and Rafters Bar are wonderful hangouts in the off season. Nice trails and location. Easy access to Alexandria and interesting check points all around.」

「During our stay, we encountered several issues that I want to bring to your attention. The first room had black hair and stains on the sheets, stained pillows, and a shower/tub drain that was completely plugged. The carpet had not been vacuumed, and the bath towels provided were very small. The breakfast was also disappointing. The waffle batter ran out and there was no staff available to notify. The overall selection was mostly carbohydrates with no protein options, and the coffee tasted...
