"Property is located in a relatively quiet area, but within a comfortable walking distance from all the local shops, restaurants and amenities. It has been thoughtfully decorated in both ancient Egyptian and modern themes. However, the best selling point of this property is its staff who are extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They are willing to go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. One can conveniently book all manners of tours and excursions with a great piece of mind. I would particularly like to mention Ra’uf and Ahmed who could not do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They are a real credit and great asset for this establishment. And I very much hope that their employers value and cherish them and credit them accordingly. "Upon arrival, I decided to upgrade my room for a better view of the pyramids. The cost difference wasn't that much but the room was FABULOUS! I highly recommend booking room 506! Staff were very responsive, kind, helpful and I enjoyed speaking with every one I met. The breakfast buffet was quite lovely, enhanced by the view of the pyramids from the terrace."
