Samir, the manager, made sure throughout our stay that we had everything we needed. The location being close to the pyramids is perfect, but the neighbourhood is very unsafe. The food from the hotel kitchen was extremely good, large portions, delicious and a very reasonable cost. The rooftop dining area is incredible with a perfect view of the pyramids, it’s a very nice place to sit and relax. I recommend booking any excursions through the hotel to avoid any hassles. My wife and I recommend this hotel and would stay again. "
