High School Bass Fishing Tournament

Our high school bass fishing team stayed here for a weekend tournament. Everything was wonderful! The place was clean, everything was exactly as described & it was the perfect place to fit so many families. Communication was wonderful as well, and Connie was so very accommodating! We had the best time & will stay here again when we have another tournament on Richland Chambers.

A Perfect Place for Peace, Fellowship, and Renewal

We stayed at Sunrise Cove for our life group’s annual men’s retreat, and it truly exceeded every expectation. The house was spacious, beautifully kept, and perfectly situated right on the lake — a peaceful backdrop that helped us reconnect, reflect, and grow together. There was more than enough room for all of us to enjoy both quiet time and fellowship.What made our experience even more special was Connie, the owner. She was an absolute blessing — kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. Because of her hospitality and the comfort of the home, we’ve decided this will now be our permanent location for our retreat each year.We left refreshed, encouraged, and already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend this property to anyone seeking rest, connection, or simply a beautiful escape.

Family Reunion 2025

This was the 4th year in a row that we have stayed at this property. Connie is always great to work with. The property is always in excellent condition. Plenty of room for both privacy and spending time together. We will be back again next year. We do not even consider looking at another property. Thanks for a wonderful time.

The perfect wedding weekend retreat!

Our family had the best team staying together here. Every family had their own spacious guesthouse, separate bathrooms to get ready in, excellent water pressure and it never seemed to run out of hot water. The main house and kitchen provided the perfect gathering and hangout spot with fully stocked kitchen made it so easy to prepare meals and the private waterfront access felt so secluded. We had fun hangout on the porch, loved s'mores at the fire pit, the basketball court, and only 5 minutes from the wedding venue. Thank you for sharing you wonderful home with amazing layout that made us all feel so comfortable and added to our fun weekend full of memories!

Perfect for large groups

Enough indoor space to gather for meals and talking but individual rooms to "get away" to for reading or relaxing. Great outdoor space, large patio for everyone to sit, plentry of yard for games, and of course fishing from dock or shore. Great property.

Property was even better than the photos posted. Spacious common areas and covered patio with ample seating. Our family gathering with 5 adult children, spouses and grandkids was complete with this venue offering ample play areas and dock area for fishing with the littles. We would definitely do this property again.

Beautiful property!

The photos do not do this property justice. The home was just that - a home. It was comfortable and fully stocked with anything you may need to have a nice, enjoyable weekend. We had a blast and highly recommend!
