「The hotel room was ready for us with a welcomingly warm and cozy setting. My kids enjoyed the 2 night stay and have everything we needed. Tena, the property manager granted us a late check out that was a great help. Kids already requested to stay here again next year. 」

「Two things I felt were needed: 1) better lighting outside along the road up to the Atlas. At night time, it is quite dark and the house on the right where we turn was lit up but not the hotel office. It was confusing. 2) A much bigger sign is needed for the hotel office. Again at night is when many guests arrive and once you are inside I had to figure out their old system of picking up the phone and wait for someone to come check me in. 」

「Was in process of remodeling of the building ? Disarray ???? Sorry ! My honest answer ! Should have put up signs to tell customers what was going on with the building ? Maybe discounts ? Everything was closed inside that we looked to use with our overnight stay !」

「Great location, near major routes. Tucked away in nice spot, short distance from roadside. But minimal signage, and challenging even with GPS. Attractive surroundings. Restaurant adjacent. 」

「The hostess reached out well before our stay with check in details and other local information. We stayed in early May. The main house and cottage are located down a long drive. The cottage sits a little off to the side with the bedroom/office facing the river. The layout of the cottage is very efficient. We especially enjoyed the front mudroom and staging area perfect for storing muddy hiking boots and backpacks. Our week long state was magical. Coffee in the Adirondack chairs next to the river...

「I’ve read some other comments about this being an older property. Honestly, any motel is going to be older. I found this motel to be in very good condition overall. My room was very clean and very comfortable. It was fully stocked with all of the typical hotel items. The kitchen was stocked with most anything you would need, though I only stayed one night and did not cook. The back yard was full of several small decks, grills, and other items that would allow you to enjoy a summer evening...
