Private: property 400 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 2.7 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 3 km, café 3 km, bus stop 800 m, sandy beach "Boutrouilles" 1.6 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km, thermal baths "Thalasso Roscoff" 40 km. Golf course (18 hole) 38 km, surf school 1.6 km, sailing school 8 km, walking paths from the house 400 m. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Terrace, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Emplacement idéal de la location

Accueil à l'arrivée très médiocre : ( propriétaire très alcoolisé ) Manque cruel d'ustensiles de cuisson ( 1 seule poêle , 1 casserole et un grand faitout ) Barbecue électrique : impensable de nos jours :( Sinon , vaisselle abondante et bonne literie et logement très correct.
