“This property is beautifully decorated with earth tones and very cute decor- aesthetically very pleasing- you can tell it was professionally decorated which I appreciate! All staff were a 10 out of 10- professional and accommodating. This place has two pools, an adequate number of pool loungers, outdoor working areas, a small gift shop, and an excellent on-site bar with very delicious and creative cocktails. Some rooms are still being worked on including what looks to be some promising massage……

“me and my friends 5 person and request a taxi to town, but the staff said didn't knew and then staff attitude very bad and they are not helpful.the hotel location very far from every places.not decide to stay again and not suggest if you decide to play outdoor or sight seeing .”

“Property was great; neat big rooms and great service. The staff were amazing; from the reception, bar staff, massage staff and the guys doing the room servicing. All was great, nothing was to much for these guys. Highly recommend.”

“I stayed here for 5 nights in early September as a solo female traveler- I felt completed safe, comfortable, and simply happy at this beautiful and extremely well-maintained property. The grounds are extremely well-kept (pool area, lobby, rooms, hallways, etc). The staff were beyond welcoming every time you saw them, and they were always ready with a smile to help with any requests. You can tell this is a well-trained staff in hospitality! “最高でした！子連れ（2歳）で2週間滞在しました。またチャングーに来る際は滞在したいです。自信を持っておすすめします。強いていえば気になった点としては、シャワーのお湯がすぐぬるくなります。複数人で使用する際は湯量の調整が必要かもしれません。小さいアリがたくさんいました。これはホテルのせいではないので、食べ物はすぐ片付ける等ご自身で対策が必要です。連泊の際は清掃は2日に1回。タオルは言えば毎日交換してくれます。ドライヤーは言えば貸してくれます。ビーチタオルも借りれました。WhatsAppでコミュニケーションが取れるのでアプリをダウンロードしておくと便利だと思います。色んなホテルを滞在しましたが、値段以上の価値があり、とても可愛くて清潔でした。潔癖症の私が満足できるホテルは久々です。ぜひこの状態をキープしてください。また戻ってきます。ありがとうございました！ ”

“I stayed here only because the street nearby full of street foods. The place itself very clean, love the swimming pool area, you can sit and order foods there, foods are fantastic. They also have the best smoothies!!! Mango tango and strawberry smoothies are my fave.”
