「An older apartment that has been completely remodeled and beautifully furnished and decorated. Handy to downtown businesses and the lake, very nice neighborhood for shady walks. There is traffic noise during the day but it's quiet at night.」

「We had a great stay over the 4th of July! The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful, and we had a great view of the fireworks from the house. The home was even more spacious than the photos suggested, which was perfect since we had multiple family units staying together. It never felt crowded, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The hosts were very responsive and thoughtful, providing lots of amenities that made our stay easy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!」

「We were in Greeley for our daughter’s graduation from residency. Was a great location, near to her house with plenty of breakfast spots in easy walking distance. Plenty of parking and plenty of room inside for 5 of us. House is cute and yard/porches nice.」

「We had a small family reunion and our stay here in Windsor was perfect for us. The listing was accurate and pictures were exactly as presented. It was an unusually hot weekend and the air conditioner worked very well! Communications with Jill was easy and she always responded within the hour. Beautiful park across the street with pickleball courts! Food delivery services are available if no car. Felt very safe in the older neighborhood. We will stay here on our next family visit! 」

「This house worked great for our stay with 7 adults. We had plenty of room, house was very clean and well kept. Quiet neighborhood and grocery stores within 10 minutes. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs - 1 with a queen bed (with bath in room) and 2 with bunk beds (full on the bottom & twin on top) (shared bath in hall), then 2 bedrooms downstairs with a king bed & queen bed (shared bath in hall). 2 living room areas, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. We would stay again...」

「Friends and I stayed for a weekend in Greeley. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice cafes, restaurants and breweries nearby. This house was conveniently located on 8th street. Extra points for kitchen- ac in each room, and a really nice front porch. I highly recommend staying here if you can. 」

「The house smelled fresh as you walked in. There were clear instructions on everything about the house. Very cozy home in a cute neighborhood. Not far from i25. Made it a breeze to hop on and head to Fort Collins. Definitely recommend. I forgot my meds in the refrigerator and they were so kind and shipped them to me.」
