「Property was exceptionally clean, bed was super comfy and the laundry was a bonus. The kitchenette is on the smaller side, so more geared for heating and reheating than full on cooking. Definitely recommend!」

「Host’s were very friendly and quick to respond! Very clean and cozy bottom unit! We did have a big truck so parking in the driveway felt tight but there was lots of street parking around! Absolutely perfect for what we needed! Appreciated the supplied snacks! Thank you again! Definitely would stay here again if in Halifax!!」

「Our group of 4 retirees greatly enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Pearl. Host was easy to contact and most attentive to our needs. Cottage was well equipped, comfy beds and we loved the hot tub each night we were there. Great neighbours and view. It was close enough to Halifax for a visit there, Peggy’s Cove and Lunenburg. We ran out of time to enjoy kayaks and other nearby attractions.」

「We came for our wedding anniversary, and it did not disappoint! So quiet, calm and relaxing. It felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, yet we were so close to Halifax. The home was immaculate, beds were comfy, and decor was beautiful. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna! What a nice cherry on top. Thank you! We hope to be back.」

「The view down the short hill of the property is amazing. The house was really clean except for a few crumbs in the refrigerator and drawers. It’s in a nice area. We saw people walking every day. One of the best parts was the amazing communication from the owners. They never made us feel silly for asking questions. (Like when we couldn’t turn the volume up on the tv) The history of the church and the area is pretty neat. 」
