“The room was not clean and had an unpleasant odor upon arrival. The hallway on the first day also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and sewage, which made for an uncomfortable experience. The bathroom was dirty, there were no towels provided, and the Keurig machine was not working. On a positive note, the valet service was excellent—very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay.”

“Nice hotel. I would stay again. We requested a room with double beds, but when we got in the room it was a king. We didn’t call downstairs we just kept the king because the bed was huge. Staff was nice and the bathroom and room was really clean.”

“My room wasn’t clean when I arrived. Given my check in being 3pm and I hadn’t gotten there till 1am… to find hair in my shower dirt on my floors and the last persons hair was accessories still in the bathroom was unsatisfactory. Other than that the rest of the property was clean staff was friendly.”

“Good location, friendly staff, clean room. Room was next to a very noisy ice-machine. Continental breakfast was very minimal, good coffee.”

“Unacceptable and uninhabitable conditions! While the room itself was an adequate size and included a refrigerator, microwave, and burners, there were no pots, pans, or utensils provided, making these amenities unusable. The bed was smaller than expected, the pillows were extremely flat, and the towels were mismatched and appeared dingy rather than clean. However, the most serious issue was the complete lack of running water for the majority of our stay. We only had water on the first night.……

“The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. The area again was very clean and well organized. My biggest concern was the pool. The bottom of the pool was dirty and needed a good scrubbing. Nothing floating on the surface of the pool. The pool area was very clean. Overall, it was a nice visit. We would stay again.”
