Not what we expected!

This is not a location we would have chosen to stay had we had photographs of the outside or view from the property. It had a 'town' location, but was a 7 minute drive from any facilities. We booked because it had car parking facilities and two properties in Wellingborough that gave NO indication of car parking failed to answer out query.

the house was in an excellent location as we were at an event at sports arena kettering very easy to find with convenient parking and east to access the property - host had left milk butter jam biscuits etc with clean linen and towels a very nice touch the house was clean the only downside was there was 2 single beds and 1 double where the app shows 3 queen size beds - it was OK but not what we expected and unfortunately the sofa was very uncomfortable and quite marked which was a shame - we just sat at the table as only 2 of us

Good location for conference centre

Very handy location for the conference centre and a nice three bed house. We had a comfortable stay and would come again. We did have some issues with check in (needed to call to get the key box code as hadn't received it when we arrived) and the sofa bed was broken (there was a thin roll out mattress instead - but not what we were expecting) but the management team did respond to calls, and to messages (if less quickly).
