Always a good nights sleep at the Ritz

I have stay a few times at the Ritz Complex and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms and facilities are brilliant and lots of places locally for food. Well done guys, see you again soon.

The staff were friendly and polite the room was clean n big enough for me shops minute away pub 100yrds away buses into kettering Corby Market Harbrough at end of street for thoses that dont drive. Would recomend this hotel and would defenitly stay there again and its not expensive.

Ideal location

Great accommodation, lovely sized room and bathroom. Sadly no food available, not sure if this was temporary or not. Staff really helpful and offered plates etc if we wanted to ordered food in.

Less than expected

The first room offered was large and tidy but the double bed was like a rock. We asked for an exchange of rooms and were given a smaller room that had a much better bed mattress. The bar closed at 9.30 which was early but understandable as it had so few people. There is a pub opposite which was the other option. Staff were friendly.

Cost friendly. Ok for an overnight stay. Room was supposed to be a deluxe double which only means you have a larger bed (this was two beds put together so you could feel the job) I needed to do some work and the floor sockets near the desk would not open so I had to move furniture. Walls paper thin you can hear conversations from the ext room. Corridors smell of sewage, toilet bowl needs a good clean. Big disappointment that you cannot use the garden which would have been safer for a female instead of having to stand on the Main Street Others kept leaving the out of hours fire door open allowing public access therefore a safety concern.

Stayed here as was local to a party. The room rate was relatively cheap which was good. However - even for a good price the rooms should be clean. Dirty marks all over the walls, stains on the carpets. Hoover has not seen the corners in what must be 10 years. Bathroom was tiny. Bed was very uncomfortable. The hotel hallways stunk of urine. Will not be staying here again.

A couple of repairs.

This my stay was noisy and could not sleep throughout. The noisy radiator valve and the shower room glass door does does not close properly in my room (on this occasion) needs attention.

Wasted my hard earned money

Totally disappointed in the service at this hotel. Whay a waste of money. Hotel called me at 9.15 to tell me I couldn't check in as thr hitel closed at 9 oclock!!! Left me stranded away from home late at night. Shocking and appauling service!!!

A friendly polite greeting from lovely staff. Room was clean and as described. Noise from local road traffic and the adjacent public house beer garden did delay sleep due to thin glazing. Parking onsite was a challenge most evenings due to other venues using the hotel carpark. Overall a pleasant hotel
