Inside, the main level boasts two king bedrooms (including a master suite with private bath), a full guest bath, and spacious living and dining areas. The modern kitchen with updated appliances flows into full-wall sliding doors that open to a screened, wraparound porchperfect for sunsets over the canal. For additional sleeping flexibility, two twin memory foam rollaway beds are stored in the closet of the upstairs bedrooms.
The lower level offers two more bedrooms (one queen, one with two twins), an additional bathroom with shower, laundry room, and direct access to the backyard and pool.
Amenities include: high-speed 200 Mbps WiFi, Roku, Netflix & Xfinity on four TVs, upgraded HVAC with UV-C air filtration, two kayaks, covered parking, washer/dryer, beach towels, outdoor refrigerator, bait freezer, grill, Keurig, and fully stocked kitchen essentials.

The property can hold up to 4 vehicles &one trailer parking - only one trailer allowed on property.No rvs or motorhomes. Trailer storage through Key Colony Beach is located on 8th street and is $100 per week.
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other watercrafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. Per City of Key Colony Beach rules only one trailer allowed on site any others MUST be stored at their trailer storage lot for $100 per week.
This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
