Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
To be perfectly HONEST, the best thing about our stay in 3-306 Casa Clara was the location & view. The unit is directly ocean front.
As for the unit itself:
-Totally outdated furnishings and worn/dirty carpet
-Peeling popcorn ceiling in living room
-Could not sit on living room furniture as the foundations were not supportive
-owners belongings took up MOST of the closet spaces
-Closets in 2nd bedroom was full of furniture
-Coffee maker was broken/dirty/unusable
-Balcony furniture was dirty/uncomfortable
-Washing machine was used to wash bathroom floor mats and the rubber backing was left in machine and ruined our cloths
-We were told that there was a full size bed in 2nd bedroom but there were only twin bunk beds and a separate twin bed.
We have stayed at Casa Clara a few times over a 30 year period and will certainly stay again but we will research FULLY any unit we intend to rent in the future.
