“Very disappointed with the “Cozy Queen” room. It looked nothing like the photos online — extremely small, tiny window, and only one nightstand. For nearly $600, it felt very misleading and not worth the price. When we raised this at reception, one of the ladies was very rude and dismissive, saying we booked a room type rather than the exact room shown in the photos, which felt unhelpful and not understanding of our concern. The two ladies at reception overall came across as rude.”

“Rooms were not cleaned until 5pm….sheets not changed. One towel per person per day to shower. Bed was comfortable but sheets were hard. Just ok….but clean. Room size was very good. ”
