Perfect vacation

I stayed M-F and it was quiet and peaceful. Pool was never crowded. Unit was in perfect proximity to the pool and beach area and very well maintained. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We’ll be back!

We fell in love with Key Largo last year during our first stay at the Mariners Club. I really like the ground floor level unit we stayed in this time. Beautiful condo and plenty of room. Plenty of kitchenware to use for a group our size as well as seating. Only thing that would make the stay better is to have the pool open past dusk.

The fees were outrageous, especially due to the fact that it was basically a room, and a pool.

The fees were outrageous, especially due to the fact that it was basically a room, and a pool. No kayaks, paddle boards, or beach to access. The condo was gorgeous, and the view was great, but was disappointed that I had to pay so high a fee for a pool. Check in was quick and easy.

Mariner's Club

Everything from scheduling to checking in was a breeze. The property is fabulous and not crowded (in May). The unit is updated, clean, and very spacious for a family of 4; we could have brought some friends and still had sufficient space. The pools and workout areas were just right. Our only hang up was no ocean access there is a nice sandy beach area but no good access to the water. We will be back to Mariner's Club.

Nice Location for Family Trip

We really liked the location of this unit. The pool area gets loud so we were glad to not be poolside. We wished the beds were more comfortable, and we wished the unit came with nicer towels, linens and bath soaps. For the amount paid, we expected higher quality things in this area.

Beautiful unit and well maintained. I had just 2 small maintenance issues that I reported upon checking out. I just wish I knew more about what specific supplies the unit had, ahead of time. Due to the late check in time, we went shopping ahead of time but bought some things that I didn't need. For example, it said no hairdryers were there, but one was in the unit. It said one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, so I bought more, but when I got there, there were quite a bit of rolls there. I brought K-cups but there was no keurig. But overall, it was a great place to stay for 3 days. Nice complex, just wish the pool were open at night until 10 for night swimming. I also think the recycling instructions should be a little clearer. I wasn't sure where to bring them, or what needed to be recycled. But the security gate personnel helped me out. MGR RESPONSE: Sometimes guests will leave behind hair dryers and when that happens, we leave them in the rental just as we leave additional toilet paper etc...we are very happy to know that you enjoyed your visit overall! It is a beautiful villa and talk about location!! Thank you, please keep us in mind for your return visit! Everyone I spoke to or interacted with was beyond friendly and helpful. Very easy to use and communication was excellent.

Beautiful, clean unit. Beds are exceptionally hard. Didn't even know they made beds that hard. Had to sleep on couch due to the hard mattress. We did a Cruising Tiki Bar and loved it! Everyone I spoke with or emailed was very pleasant and helpful. Everything went smoothly. After hours pick up was exactly as directed. Very easy to deal with.
