Relaxed vibe

Place was absolutely beautiful lots of steps. A pool was outstanding. I was a hockey sack in the kitchen underneath the toe kick. Place was beautiful. I came for the pool, the water and just to relax and hit all the spots. Definitely go again.

3 bedroom not 4

Well the 4th "bedroom" is in the garage, NOT connected to the house. No access to anything inside the house. Any occupants need to go outside to come inside of the house. They only give you 2 garbage bags for a weeks stay. Enough soap for one person to take one shower per bathroom. This would be great for 6 people not 8 to 10. . The check in process is crazy. You have to be James Bond after hours. Not sure why everything cant be left at the guard shack of the property. Other than that. Great view, lovely home, wonderful pool.

Great location in the neighborhood. Great sunrise view!

Easy all the way around, booking, getting keys after hours was a little different but worked just fine. Greet house and location of the property. Cute little beach, nice pool!

Great location

Place is right next to the pool which was very convenient with small children. Also close to everything so you don’t need to travel far for restaurants, groceries, or attractions.

Unit 411

Want to start out by saying check in and check out were very easy and quick. Now about our stay. The property was well maintained and the staff and maintenance people were friendly and nice to deal with. The pool area was great except for music they played, need to update playlist to more of beach feeling vibe.Location was pretty good but no major bar and restaurants in walking distance. Stuff wasn’t far but had to drive to everything. The actual place we stayed in was clean for the most part but very outdated! I feel for the price we paid for the unit it should have been more up to date. For starters the carpet and rugs should be replaced and furniture had stains all over them. Great set up but very old looking.

Spring break family and friends vacation

The property is very nice. The pool and marina are great. We also enjoyed the fishing pier and game room. The unit itself could stand to be stocked better. For example, we had 8 people and stayed 5 nights and only got 2 trash bags and one laundry detergent pack. The views from the unit are beautiful. Be aware that the bottom bedroom is not attached to the upper unit, so it is not appropriate for children. We did not realize you would have to completely exit through the garage, and reenter through the front door with the key pad to get to the main part of the unit. Overall a nice stay.

The property was nice at one point in its life, but not during our stay. The carpet was dirty and the furniture is tired. Then the microwave stopped working and even though we called 2x the property management was “too busy” to come out and fix it. The rules around checking in and the rules for the property made it an unpleasant experience. I would stay here again, just not with Barefoot Rentals.

Nice place on the water

We had a nice stay. The pool is right out the back door which is great. Very nice pool area. We did have a few minor issues and the management was a bit slow to get back to us but overall a nice stay.

Beautiful

Our daughter was getting married down in Key Largo, and I rented several of these units for family and friends, and there was plenty of room, manangement very responsive to our needs. The only thing to be careful for, is if you are in the pool area, and you have to use the restroom out there, be careful because the floor in there is pretty slick. My sister in law slipped and fell and fractured her wrist while in the restroom. The management there did an accident report, she did end of having surgery this week on it to repair the bone here at home.

Great place & location!

We loved it! The condo worked great for what we needed. Clean and lots to do. We would have liked the pool to be open later than 9pm. Our only other complain was that there was not beach/water access. The pictures looked like we could be at the water on property. We would stay there again!

Key Largo stay

The property was the perfect location by the pool. Check in was easy. Entry to the property was easy with a code, so we didn’t have to keep track of a key or return anything. The property was clean and well stocked with towels and soaps. The facilities in the property were clean. My kids loved the pool, which was very warm all the time. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was also well stocked and we had nice dinners cooked on the grills. The location was good for short day trips around.

Great Location

Stayed at the property for son's wedding. The unit was nice but a little small for 9 adults. The view was spectacular and easy access to the pool. Would definitely stay in the same development again.

January stay… perfect!

The property was very comfortable! Loved the back staircase right to pool gate! Beautiful pool! We met great people at the pool! Great restaurants around, Marker 88 our favorite!! Had a slight issue with dryer( for provided pool towels) and property manager sent a repair fellow out promptly! Thanks to the owner for sharing this lovely townhouse with us! Love to return next year!!

Excellent location and beautiful view

Our family of 5 enjoyed this rental very much. The view from lanai and from upstairs master bedroom was incredible, especially the sunrises. We only had to go down the back steps to reach the gate to the very large and beautiful pool. Everyone enjoyed swimming and sunbathing by the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and useful. And the family room was comfortable. We had some trouble accessing the lower bedroom area but resolved it the following day. We recommend this rental for a family getaway in Key Kargo.

Was a nice property. Some of the beds other than the master are pretty stiff but other than that met all of our needs. Great close to pool for our young children.
