KL Fun
We visited with 9 adults and had a great week at the condo and pools. Having 2 stories worked out perfect for us. Our kids and their friends had a separate area to hang out. The place was clean and exactly as described, and the hosts provided clear instructions for arrival and departure. We had no issues all week and loved using the pools, hot tubs, exercise facility, and games room. Shopping was convenient, and we took a trip snorkeling as well. Everything you’d want was near-by.

Perfect for family gathering
Just a brief note to simply say this was a perfect house rental for us (8). The unit was clean and had all of the necessary stuff to allow us to settle in and not feel crowded. The extras were very nice..tennis racquets and balls.. courts nearby. The outside grill made for a good dinner. Everything we needed, was close by(pharmacy, 3 grocery stores and gas stations) The property staff were courteous, helpful and pleasant with navigating the resort. This was a great place for us. Centrally located and easy access to everything KL. Highly recommended

Long weekend
The townhouse is very nice, super clean and the property is beautiful! We had so much fun here on our long weekend and the pool is amazing! I would recommend this place to anybody.

The whole experience was really great. The only complaint is how to get in to the property. If the guard is doing rounds you might have to wait up to 10 minutes just to get through the gate.

Key largo spring break
Safe easy to get around. Kids loved the game room. Would have loved more beach not realizing it really didn’t have. Lots of trash on shoreline in jetty area. House seemed very minimal… lacking cooking needs. Larger pots. Wire whisks. Mixer. (Hand would be fine). No area rugs to help with coziness comfort. Echo chamber without rugs. Appreciated all linens and soap and TP etc supplied. Upstairs bedroom toilet had trouble flushing. Think needs some repair. Shower door upstairs bathroom -rubber slide had fallen off. Needs repair or glass door could break. Things could just be a little more taken care of, spring fall detail cleaning could be implemented. Seems it was forgotten or not made important. Price of week was pretty substantial for the minimal feel it had. We all had a nice time though and loved the pickle ball and resort across the street for a sunset. ;)

Glad your overall stay was good, however, some of your comments really do not match up with the overwhelming experience of families that have stayed in the past. Our shoreline which is made up of mangroves do not have lots of trash, its seaweed that drifts in and may temporally collect in that area. The kitchen has all the basic cooking items, it you needed something specific, as the welcome letter states you could have let me know and I would have been glad to provide that for you. The unit is tiles throughout but hardly an echo chamber. Again, if there was any maintenance issue, not sure why you wouldn't reach out to me to resolve. In summary, the overwhelming majority of guest have had a great experience, nothing minimal about the unit. As my welcome letter states, "If there is anything you need to make your experience better, please do not hesitate to contact me".

Very comfortable for a big family
Our family had a great time at this property. We loved the pool, the fitness center, the dock, the location! I particularly liked the downstairs of the condo. It's almost like a studio apartment. Great place for teens to hang out, or perfect man cave! Fernando answered all my questions. A great host! Definitely recommend!

What a fun place to stay!
Our condo was great for our family of 9. Downstairs had a kitchenette, and upstairs has a full kitchen were we all gathered for meals. There is even a dinner bell, to call the downstairs family members. Everything was very clean, great couches, beds and pillows were so comfortable. The stay includes a game room, which we went to every day, and a wonderful, huge pool. The grounds are beautiful. The only thing I would mention that needs work, is the sliding glass doors to the patio outside. The doors would not close completely. Might just need some tweeking. All in all, we had a wonderful time!

Very nice accommodations for large group
The rental at mariners club was very good. The place fit 9 of us comfortably. It is almost as if there are two houses with separate living rooms and eating areas. We never felt crowded. It was clean and well kept. The location was safe with guarded entry. The photos for the property were exact and once we rented clear details were provided for rules and check in. Fernando was very responsive to questions I had.

Little sparce
Kitchen could use some additional items, no cutting board, minimal utensils and a real coffee maker would be great. Other than that the facility is well located and appears to be well kept

The Kitchen did have a cutting board, if it was missing wish you would have let me know and I would have been glad to drop off a new one. The unit has both a Mr. Coffee type maker as well as a Keurig type maker, not sure what you mean by real coffee maker. The unit comes with plate setting for up to 10 people, again if you required more I could have dropped some off.

Good property, space for family
Problems communicating with property Mgr to start but after security called him, responded right away. Property is dated but spacious. Good refrigerators, 1 good washer, 1 working dryer. Pools are beautiful. Grounds are well kept.

Paula, The property is exactly as shown in the photos, not sure why you chose it for your vacation if it was not modern enough for you. One good washer and dryer is typically all a family needs. Amazing Location
We had a family wedding and this was a perfect place to stay. It was a great find. My only recommendation would be that the toilets need updating. Grounds were immaculate along with the pools and hot tubs. Highly recommend!!

Spring Break
The Villa was great. We had a total of 9 people (including 4 teenage girls) with us and the two common areas gave everyone plenty of room. Mariner's Club is a great property with the security, pickle-ball / tennis courts and multiple pools with great views. There was always something to do on property.

Short Family Getaway
This is a great location and a lovely unit. There was a slight hiccup upon arrival as we did not receive the combination for entry into the unit. It took the gate guard calling for us to get it. After that it was smooth sailing. The unit was quite spacious, well furnished with TV’s in every room. We found the bed in the master to be quite comfortable. The unit could use a good cleaning. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi grotto was not there - appeared to be undergoing a rebuild. Overall great stay. We loved the pool!! Pickle ball courts were great too!

Great Place for the FAMILY!!!
The resort is super nice. The owner/host of our condo was very accommodating and the staff at the resort are all very nice and helpful. There is no beach, but that’s NO big deal! There is a Marina and there are beaches within driving distance. The resort is very nice! Thank you for being so accommodating!!!

Living the high life
If you like a quiet place to stay, top quality living conditions and a big pool to let all your problems float away in, I’d recommend this place. Let Harriats or Dennys fix your breakfast, enjoy Key West and the trip to it and come back to a place to just relax. We, a group of 7 , had a great time. Recommend to anyone.

Mariners Club is great. Didn't love the unit.
We've stayed at Mariners Club previously and love the property. This unit was nice however the supplies were dismal. There was not any dish soap, laundry soap, trash bags, dish scrub brush. limited towels and dishes for a unit this size and the sheets did not smell good. When I contacted the property mgr they sent the maid service to leave trash bags and dish soap but we were still short so many things. Very disappointing for what otherwise would be a great unit.

The unit is typically supplied with the items described and if there was something short then as you stated I immediately send the maid service over to resupply. For that size unit 10 towels are typically set out and the sheets and towels are always washed with normal detergent. No one has complained about any smell that detergent would leave. The overwhelming number of reviews I have received on this unit are very positive, (first time I have ever received less than 4 stars) so I have to believe your comments are a bit exaggerated and unfair which is unfortunate.

Memorial Weekend
We enjoy our stay at Mariners Club, even though was rainy and wind friday and saturday due to the bad weather, however sunday the sun came out and we enjoy the pool with the kids. Had a good quality family time. Thanks
