Smaller yet ample

Our stay with Renee & Val was an excellent choice for us ... S.O. & I with our mini schnauzer enjoyed a welcoming stay ... The balcony overlooking gqve wonderful sunrises over coffee ... This was the first rental we'd had with no washer / dryer, but a laundry was only 1/2 mile away ... We will definitely return if we go back to the Keys.

The best thing about this property was our Host. Renee was absolutely wonderful and made us feel beyond welcomed! Enjoyed sitting on the large Balcony, watching the Lobster boats, pleasure craft and birds passing by. A couple appearances by the local Manatees and a few impromptu concerts by Val, made it all the better. Thank you for all the extras !!!!!

The place to be quarantined!

We arrived five days before you were ordered to stay at home. The highlight of our days became listening to Val play the Guitar and sing at 5 o’clock. We were able to take nice walks every day. Renee Saved us during the toilet paper and meat shortage. We really want to go back and see the island. Thank you for everything.

Great stay!

Stayed at Largo Lookout for the month of June, to enjoy fishing and exploring the upper keys. Very nice apartment, with a comfortable feel, with the essentials for cooking and a very nice bedroom. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants, as well as Pennecamp State Park. Owners were very friendly and accommodating...had a terrific, relaxing stay!

Good taste of the Keys

Close enough to Miami but not too far into the Keys. Largo Lookout is a good balance between the two. Cook your catch trumped slaving away in the kitchen so we ate out more than less. Our hosts welcomed us like family and have provided lots of amenities in this small but adequate rental. We are used to having to bring everything we would need from home, but we ended up just duplicating many of the necessities available at Largo Lookout.

Very comfortable! Perfect for the two of us!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is well maintained and the apartment is well appointed. There are good restaurants, parks and of course the ocean close by. My only regret is that we had to leave. A month wasn’t long enough!

Great location with all the comforts of home.

We had a fantastic time staying in LArgo Lookout! The space has everything you need and is cozy and home like. Access to the ocean is very convenient. The balcony is a great place to sit and watch the world go by. We would definitely recommend this location if you are planning to visit Key LArgo.

Perfect Key Largo getaway for two!

Beautiful spot located close to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Tons of good restaurants within walking or bicycling distance. Lots of live music available nightly. Hosts Val and Renee were very welcoming, with lots of suggestions for things to do and see, places to eat etc. We loved it and will be back for sure!

Great place to stay.... perfect

Just a perfect place to stay in Key Largo. The upstairs apartment has just about everything you need. The hosts are the most kind and generous that I have ever had in any VRBO. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The bedroom is very comfortable and the air conditioner is really efficient and keeps the place nice and cool in the hot months.

This was a Great place for our Key Largo vacation

We really enjoyed the unit. Everything was clean and comfortable for us. We especially loved that our pet could be with us on our trip. Our dog enjoyed the balcony and watching the water as much as we did. The use of the floating dock was perfect for our needs and it was only a 9 minute ride to the ocean! There are 2 nice sized TV's to watch, the kitchen and bathroom were clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely return to this rental on future vacations.

Great stay in April 2016

We both enjoyed this place. They have thought of everything, including kitchen necessities. The kitchen is small but functional. It's bright and clean and the owners are considerate and friendly, but you don't hear them on the first floor at all. They invited me over to get close to a manatee, my first time for that. We rented a boat and used the slip for one night. Highly recommend; good value, close to great restaurants, and stores.

We had a great time while in the Keys. Largo lookout was perfect for what we needed, a place to crash after a day of having fun exploring and hanging with our friends while visiting the Keys again! Will be definitely booking this property again!

An airy little gem & true 5 star experience

We are experienced vac. home renters. & very often the pics flatter the reality; not quite to the point of deception, but often enough to create a bit of an initial let-down. Largo Lookout is the opposite. The pics do not do this sunny little apartment justice! Everything we needed seemed almost magically right at hand, and we cook & eat-in. The owners really know their business and they made very clever use of every sq.ft. The rooms are small but they don't SEEM small. The location is front & center in an active commercial/residential marina just a block from a fresh seafood shop & restaurant. Windows face every direction giving the place a airy, open feel. At night you can watch a movie or watch the stars rise on the canal-side balcony. Highest recommendation

Felt like home

My wife, son and myself stayed at this property and was very relaxed and it felt like home. The apartment was very clean, temperature controlled and had everything you'd need for a great stay. And the view of the waterway was nice to see everyday. It is also very close to many dive and deep sea fishing outfits as well as restaurants and shopping. We would recommend this space to anyone with any vacation ideas.

Wonderful home away from home!

A couple of friends and I stayed here while on spring break (we are teachers), and loved our stay! The apartment is well stocked with towels and basic necessities, is quiet, on the channel with a lovely patio, and has easy parking. The location is right off of the Main Street, so access to any and all sites is easy. Would definitely stay again!

Agreat place 2 stay

My buddy and I decided to take a few days of soaking up the sun with plenty of fish in mind. As we were getting closer to the rental I notice the location was great. everything we needed were lest than a mile from the rental. The apartment was more than what I expected very clean neat and complete with everything we needed.We rented a boat during our stay the boat slip was perfect and convenient In getting out towards the ocean size thanks to our friends Atlantis boat renters. " Largo lookout" is the a place for me! thanks again Val and Renee
