This homes' large completely separate in law quarters, has amazing ocean views. Large boat docking with a nice pool.
Best Location in Key Largo! You can walk to Key Largo Fishery for Fresh Bait, The Pilot House for a nice dinner, Starbucks for coffee or take the kids to the Jacobs Aquatic Center. Like snorkeling ... John Pennekamp are minutes away via Boating.
Kayak directly from the house to the Dolphin therapeutic sanctuary where you can Watch them @ no cost.
This 1/1 is very spacious and is on a property with a large unique backyard. (Look closely at pictures) There is a 3/2 on the second floor that can also be rented if you are interested pm for VRBO Link.
If you have a pet. We love pets! At the time of booking, you will be asked to submit proof of your homeowner's insurance, showing your pet is insured.
Have a boat? We have plenty of space, 4 large docks on property. You will have to submit proof of boater's insurance and there is a fee to dock your boat $200. You can use boat docks, but we are not liable for any damages that occur. Trailers can be stored at local storage facility at a very affordable price.

Near Perfect
Hard to say which is better, the house, the location or the host. Genny was the perfect host, took care of all of our needs, quickly and with no issues, accommodating our special health needs. Restaurant recommendations were wonderful. The house is very nice, in a perfect setting with great water views, and well equipped. We will stay here again next trip to Key Largo.

A True Keys Treasure
What an amazing 6 week stay. One of the best hosts I have every dealt with. We come to the keys every year and this has become my favorite place. AMAZING ocean views from the 3rd floor HUGE 1 bedroom penthouse that is well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen. Unreal bathroom that has a wonderful ocean view. The grounds are gated and immense for a keys waterfront property. We loved the in-ground pool, spacious patio area with lounge chairs, gas grill and lots of palm trees. The location is close to the center of town and is very close to a few restaurants. It is a boaters dream. Lots of secure easy dockage that is literally under 2 minutes to open Atlantic ocean complete with covered fish cleaning station and dockside water and electric. Canal has a lot of flow so it is almost always cristal clear. Great snapper fishing from the dock. There is a boat basin for easy kayak and paddle board entry and exit, which are on site and available for your use. Just up the canal are the dolphin centers. You easily see them at times only a few feet away.
I HIGHLY recommend this property.
