Ocean View Retreat w/Private Pool, 2 Br Condo, Lagoon, Kayaks, Marina, Sunrises!

Perched on the sought-after 4th floor, this beautiful condo showcases gorgeous views of the ocean and marina, striking the perfect balance between elevation and connection to the water below. Step onto your private balcony for your morning coffee and to take in the striking sunrises- an ideal start to any day. Inside enjoy the bright, open living space with modern coastal touches. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to dine in after a day exploring the water and nearby attractions.

The well-maintained 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 8, with a modern kitchen and baths. The Towers has a private secluded pool for tower residents only, or take a dip in the other two heated pools on the property. Or take a swim/snorkel in our swimmable lagoon.

Sleeping Arrangements:
The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a trundle twin and pullout twin, while the living room has a queen pullout sofa sleeper.

Kitchen:
Fully furnished with all the comforts of home. Stainless steel appliances, cookware, small appliances, a K-Cup coffee maker, a blender, and a microwave. Plenty of dishes, glasses & utensils! You will usually find some teas, spices, canned goods in the cabinets, and condiments in the refrigerator - use what you like, replace what you can, and leave what you don't use.

We provide one basic starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, soap, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one garbage bag, and one roll of paper towels. WE ONLY PROVIDE ONE for your convenience. Please bring your basic personal supplies as well as cleaning supplies. This is a rented townhouse, not a motel.

Suggested items that you should bring to make your stay more comfortable:
laundry detergent if you plan on using the washer and dryer, salt, pepper, spices, K-Cups coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, coffee, suntan lotion, and bug spray.

- A sandy oceanfront BEACH along the Ocean's edge (Key's style with hard-packed sand and no waves). The beach is filled with abundant plant and marine life and provides easy access to great kayaking and snorkeling.
- 400 ft JETTY for easy fishing or lobstering and a great sunset.
- Sunsets and Sunrises. The Jetty is actually State Park Land; access is limited to Kawama Yacht Club only. This was a helicopter landing pad during WWII. Now it's a lovely place to congregate and watch the sunrise or sunset, which is one of the few places in the keys to do both, meditate or some early morning Yoga.
- The swimmable salt water lagoon has a sandy beach at one end, two floating docks in the middle, is 30ft deep, and has Tarpon and other reef fish perfect for snorkeling. You can also kayak and paddleboard in the lagoon. Kids love it!

DEEP WATER MARINA: I do not have a slip. An on-site harbormaster will assist you with your boating and slip rentals, and I can provide the contact info for you. The Marina accommodates all types of boats from jet skis to yachts. Boats require $300,000 Liability Insurance in the name of the person on the rental contract. And if there is room in boat storage for your trailer or boat, you can use it....otherwise, you need to find parking off property. This usually is not an issue, but you are aware if it becomes one. Summer is high season for boat usage. It's first-come, first-served on trailer/boat parking. I suggest trying Pilot House Marina as another option, or Pennekamp State Park, or the Caribbean Club.

Boat rentals and deep-sea fishing charters are close by. For the diving enthusiast, the waters of our oceanfront property have world-renowned diving spots just offshore. Rodriguez Key, with its famous sand bar, is only 3 minutes away and visible from our marina. The only living Coral Reef in the United States are 15 minutes away and easy excess to the best fishing anywhere.

Two Cars are Permitted by HOA rules. Free Parking

It is suggested that travel insurance be purchased, as hurricane season is from June 1 to Dec 1, and there will be no refunds for canceled bookings due to hurricanes or mandatory evacuations.


Sorry No Pets. Huge fan of furry friends, but the HOA does not allow.

Check-in is 4 pm, and checkout is 10 am. I am not able to honor early check-in requests or late checkout requests. I abide by all CDC cleaning guidelines, which require the unit to be completely vacant for a timeframe. Unfortunately, this prevents me from honoring late checkout and early check-in requests. Please adjust your travel day.

Please do your research. If you are expecting a white sandy beach with waves, go to the West Coast of Florida or South Florida. Stay in the Keys if you want to be ON the water, as we say here in the Keys. The best snorkeling, fishing, and diving in the world! Or you can go to a hotel or public park in the Keys where they ship in sand. We have ocean access with a sandy area that steps into the ocean. The water in the Keys is shallow and only sea grass and sand until you get out to the reef—plenty of marine life. The area is wonderful for kayaking or paddleboarding through the mangroves. The closest parks are Founders Park, Harry Harris Park or Pennekamp State Park.

I want you to find the best fit for your vacation needs and do not want you to be disappointed. This is your vacation home away from home. It may have a light out (things happen, but I provide many bulbs in the closet) and I'm here to fix it if needed. If you're here to enjoy the Florida Keys, this is perfect for you. Relax, and enjoy.
