Quiet Location, Clean & Spacious
Had a wonderful time with our adult family in#3. Balcony was private even though it did face the road. Everything exceeded our expectations except the beds. Creeky and in need of a pillow top. Also if you typically sleep in a dark bedroom take eyes shades. Outside lights are bright!!

Great property. Far enough away from the noise of Duval, but also an easy walk to get there for dinner and drinks at night. Very easy communication with the host company. The unit we stayed in was large, clean and comfortable. Would 100% stay again!

Wonderful vacation getaway
From the moment we walked in we were so pleased with the place. There was eight of us adults that stayed and it was great for us to all have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. There was also plenty of room for us to all gather in the kitchen and living area where we could all come together to plan our day or end our night. The balcony was a nice addition to the living area that we could also enjoy. It was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Check in and check out was very easy and we would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this property.

We all loved the condo! 5 girls with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and 1 half bath was perfect and the location was walkable to duval st for us. Pools was warm and clean, loved sitting on the front porch for coffee in the AM and cocktails in the evening watching the sunset Perfect
