Truman Annex is the most exclusive private residence community in Old Town Key West. Located just off the main drag of Duval Street, Truman Annex is an oasis of calm, quiet streets lined with palm trees and beautiful Floridian homes. The entrance to Truman Annex is secured by a 24-hour staffed guard gate and you can use the residential entry gate keys to come and go on foot at night. Just beyond Truman Annex is the newly constructed Truman Waterfront Park - complete with a family friendly playground area and the Key West amphitheater.

THE PRIVATE POOL... 

The entire pool area is fenced in and surrounded by tropical landscaping. Spend your days soaking up the sun in the chaise lounges that sit next to the heat-optional pool, or escape to the shaded patio, which offers additional outdoor seating. Upon entering through the front door, you’ll be greeted with a light-filled living area and modern furnishings. Swing open the double set of back French doors to let the island breezes to flow in. The plush sofas and armchair provide plenty of comfortable seating options for your group to gather in front of the large flat screen HD Smart TV. The dining room has a large dining table with seating for six.

The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features gourmet stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, and every tool you'll need to prepare meals from the comfort of home. There’s plenty of prep space on the concrete countertops and lots of storage in the cabinets that reach the ceiling. The first floor bathroom is conveniently located just off the living area.

** Suite #1: Located on the First Floor with a King bed, a flat screen HD TV, direct access to the pool area, and a recently renovated en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

** Suite #2: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed, a massive walk-in closet, a flat screen HD TV, a separate sitting area, direct access to the second floor office space, and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a garden tub.

** Suite #3: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed, a flat screen HD TV, a separate sitting area, direct access to the second floor office space, and a recently renovated en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

** Bedroom #4: Located on the Second Floor with a Queen bed and a flat screen TV.

There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
