We had a wonderful time! This place is what you expect from old Key West! Quaint, convenient, and clean. So close to everything with everything we needed for our long weekend in Key West!!

A beautiful place and in a central location

Papa's Hideaway was a beautiful place for a my family of 4 to stay a few days. We loved being able to walk to most activities and the pool was really lovely. My family used the pool everyday. ❤️

Lovely but damp!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a lovely place for two people to get away. In a very quiet area in key West. The pool looks amazing. Kitchen is very nice. The only complaint is that the room is so damp that the sheets feel wet all the time. Even with the AC on for 24 hrs it was still damp. The place needs a dehumidifier.

Tropical Paridise

We loved everything about Papa's Hideaway, the ease of no hassle check-in and check-out ( we really hated to leave) was so great. The place was so clean and furnished nicely, we had every accommodation needed. The courtyard and pool area really made us feel like we were in a tropical paradise. We were literally 5 to 10 minutes away from all the major attractions, we recommend this place to anyone visiting Key West.

Very relaxing and cute

Papa’s Hideaway is just far enough and just close enough to Duval Street the pool was perfect the room had everything we needed shower was a little small and I wish there was an earlier check-in but overall I could see renting the whole place for a group trip. Having a kitchen is a great thing! I’d stay again ♥️

Bitter cold Midwest winter getaway to beautiful, sunny Key West

My wife and I stayed here for four nights in February 2020. The condo is as advertised, here's our impressions: Pros - cozy one-bedroom with a kitchen and porch eating area - great location, but still quiet. Walking distance to everythng - parking was a breeze on the dead-end street in front - nice pool and deck to sit and enjoy the sun - laundry facilities (only one washer and dryer were usuable though) Cons - tiny shower - a board enclosing the porch area was loose (noticed near end of the trip) which allowed the door to be unlocked without a key. This needs to be fixed!! - definitely heard the people walking around in the unit above, especially in the early hours - a valve in the pool broke which caused it to be 1/2 empty for two days we were there. In their defense, management fixed it as soon as they became aware - check-in instructions were not sent until the day before (not a huge deal)

Amazing Find

Having booked vacations in the Keys before, I was a little hesitant to pull the trigger on a 0 bedroom. I am so glad I did. The place was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Location was amazing! Perfect for a quiet yet fun filled family vacation. Will definitely visit again in 2021.

Perfect little Key West Hideaway

Great little spot for a Key West vacation. The property is in a great spot for walking- close to the beach and the restaurants, shops & bars on Duval. The space was clean and the check in process was simple. The only issue we had was that one of the guests in another room had a big group of friends over to the pool a few times and had a dog so we didn’t really have a chance to enjoy the pool area as much as we’d have liked to. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Amazing oasis

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We noticed dead bugs under the bed when we pulled it out looking for a plug. We loved the pool but a dog or animal pooped right at the pool’s edge. It was really smelly and made us give up on swimming.
