Perfect location to beach and Southern most point and Duval Street. Great food and live music steps away. The property included washer and dryer and hot tubs in a private secret garden area. Best bang for the buck with its location and amenities.

Lovely location!

Nice, simple accomodation in a great location. There is a delightful deck just steps off the sidewalk to relax and enjoy the live music at the bar across the street. Also, quick beach access and decent street parking. Would definitely stay again.

Rick is an excellent host!!!!

Rick's place is the perfect location to get around old town Key West. Walkable to bars, restaurants, activities. Bar across the street has live music afternoon and evenings. The best perk - Rick and staff shuttled us to and from the airport and made sure that we had transportation when we had car rental issues. He made it known that he and staff were available for transport as needed. Thank you Rick!!!!

We walked or got a Lyft. With no parking we didn’t want to spend the money to park a cart or scooter. It get really expensive. Also, if you want quiet after 11 pm this would not be the spot for you. They have a liquor store bar that has live music every night on Thursday through Sunday generally goes till 2am. We loved it but it gets quite noisy. Other than that absolutely excellent stay.

5-star service

Manager Rick is very kind and helpful. During my stay, I couldn't sleep due to the surrounding noise. Rick was able to switch me to a quieter suite. He also provided my mom an extra comforter so that she could sleep well at night. The place is clean and has stove, washer and dryer. The location is great and close to beach, and a block away from the Southernmost point. My family stayed there for 4 days and had great time. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

The unit and property were great. We loved having the front porch as well. We would stay here again (without kids next time). I just want to say - this unit particularly is directly across the street from a little bar that hosts live music nightly. So if you want peace and quiet at night, this particular unit is not for you. The property offers several other units in a more private quieter space. No other complaints though, truly enjoyed our stay otherwise. Having the hot tubs and laundry facilities was a nice bonus.

Great Location and very responsive host

It was a good sized and roomy unit for Key West, with a "beach house" vibe to it. Nice to have the kitchenette, although we didn't use it except for a second sink and counter for personal needs. A 30 minute walk or 5 Uber to Mallory Square. A block and a half from a small beach and an easy walk to Higgs Beach. The room was very clean except when I went to find the outlet behind the bed which is where the dust bunnies were hiding. I'm sure the host would have had it swept if we mentioned it, but it was hidden and we didn't bother. The biggest unexpected was that it directly across from a bar that had live music on it's porch every night until about midnight...that could be a plus or a minus depending on how you look at it! The host was very responsive and had drivers and cars to take you anywhere you wanted to go at no additional charge. Took it back and forth to the airport; we tipped well but still less than an Uber or taxi. I would stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is wonderfully convenient to the beaches, southernmost attractions and Duval Street. Yummy breakfast and lunch options within walking distance and ice cream across the street. The little liquor store across the street always has live entertainment to enjoy so just be prepared for late night performers. Perhaps what stands out most about the Egret is the entire Colocada team. Rick, Zoe, and Jeffrey (as well as others) were responsive to whatever we needed. They also offered a shuttle to and from the airport a short drive away. We rented a car we ended up not needing. Parking was limited so they let us park at the property mgmt office on sSeaside with an offer to run us to it at nearly a moment’s notice. Free onsite laundry was nice and the hot tub was a treat. The only suggestions we have are to add another mirror in the unit (one wasn’t enough for three women sharing the space) and install a locking hook on the closet doors to keep them closed. Other than that, the place was outstanding. We highly recommend the Egret and would stay again next time we are in Key West.
