Close to everything

This was an ideal place to stay to see the town. We parked the car in its parking spot in the back of the apartment and never moved it for the entire time we were there. We walked to everywhere we wanted to go. Apartment was clean and met our needs.

We had a great 4 day stay while in Key West. This is a nice walkable location near lots of shops, restaurants, activities and beaches. Good communication with property management.

Easy walk every where in downtown Key West. Room was very clean but dated and needed some updates. Super easy check in and check out. Wifi was only 30 mps and very slow. Definitely recommend solely for location

Right in the heart of all the action but peaceful at night

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here many times nice and peaceful from the revelers but right on the doorstep of Duval Street,you do get a bit of traffic noise

Propery is at good Location with private parking, walking distance to popular areas. However in bedroom, TV remote does not work, AC makes big notice. Wish it had kitchen stove Instead of Microwave only. Overall it Is a better option than hotel rooms.

Location was great

Unit I had was a bit dated and run down, bathroom had broken fixtures on the wall. It was very clean and comfortable though with all amenities you would need. There was broken shards of glass on the patio that resulted in a bloody foot but other than that all good.

Having instructions on how to use the tv/remotes would have been nice. We couldn’t figure out how to use so we couldn’t watch tv at all.

Not great for us.

The location was the best part of this home. It was close enough to everything but just far enough away to enjoy quiet after a long day. More towels and wash clothes, a broom/dustpan for the sand and some trash bags would have been necessary for a more comfortable stay. The air conditioner had a musty smell. The space was clean but did not look like the floors had been mopped. The beds were clean and comfortable, which after a long day of swimming and walking, was really nice. Unfortunately though, for the price we paid, we would not recommend this property to other people.

Great location. One Block from Duval. Parking was easy. Check in and check out were so easy. The back deck is sketchy, blinds need repaired. Overall very clean and enjoyed our stay here. It is noisy as expected being one block from Duvall.
