High Tide at The Truman Annex in Key West
If you have high expectations, you are going to enjoy staying at High Tide. You are within walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, the pool (just 100 feet away) and with your own private parking. High Tide includes wireless internet, an outdoor grill, outdoor furniture on the two balconies, front porch and back deck.
The living room has 2 sets of French doors opening to a back deck, TV, DVD player, Bose Mini Blue Tooth speaker, scanner, printer and 2 ceiling fans.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed with a 50’” screen TV, second bedroom has a queen size bed with a TV. Both bedrooms have French doors opening to balconies, 500 plus count sheets, alarm clocks with USB connections and ceiling fans.
The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub with shower, a full-size washer and dryer, plush towels and beach towels. The half bath is downstairs.
The kitchen has full size appliances and is equipped with an electric blender, mixer and can opener. There are enough dishes, utensils, pots and pans to bake or prepare a meal. There is a dining table with a marble top.

One of our best trips yet!
We have been fortunate to visit Key West for 13 years and we have stayed at resorts, small B&Bs and then we found the Truman Annex!
If you want to experience all that Key West has to offer, and not worry about a rental car (although this booking includes parking - you simply don’t need the car to get around!) then choose this location.
The pictures show exactly what to expect and you will have everything you need from a coffee maker to a swimming pool!
We arrived early and wanted to “prepare” the condo for our soon to arrive guests - just place some fun things in their room, stock the fridge - Compass was wonderful to work with. Their communication from booking to check out was quick and helpful.
You can relax and enjoy the quiet of the island after walking back from busy Duval St so close by.
The condo is close to everything we love about Key West and wanted to show our guests. Walk to the Green Parrot (probably two minutes), walk to Blue Heaven for amazing Eggs Benedicts and Bloody Mary’s (@5 minutes), and hit Duval St in only a 10 minute walk.
The condo is safe, secure, beautifully decorated and maintained.
We plan to stay again!

Great location and condo
First, this condo is in the perfect location. It's bikeable to Ft. Zachary Taylor park and many hot spots on Duval and other attractions. The king size bed was very comfortable. The condo was clean and the furniture was very comfortable.We've stayed in the Truman Annex five previous times, but this was our first time renting via Compass. We chose this condo for it's location at our preferred pool. However, the pool temp was too hot and we were given conflicting stories by Compass personnel as to whether it was broken or not. It wasn't fixed at all while we were there. They did fix a problem with our shower within a few hours. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Perfect Location
We loved our stay - location to the pool and anywhere in town was perfect! All the outdoor deck/patio space was huge. The washer/dryer unit needs to be replaced (the dryer sounds like it’s on it’s last legs - so loud you can’t really use it if you’re in the townhouse). Also, the bathroom fans are extremely loud. Other than that we had a great stay!

Great location in a lovely neighborhood!
This was a great area to stay. Short walk to most things and so peaceful and beautiful. Unit was a nice size and very clean. Check in and check out was very easy. The outside porches were great. Would stay here again!

Compass Realty made the stay great
We arrived to find nearby construction was load and impacted our ability to relax. Compass Realty immediately moved us to another, roomier location with an amazing view. Their attention to our need was excellent and made what could've been a negative experience into a positive one. Would stay on a Compass property again in a heartbeat. Also the Truman Annex area is super convenient and sweet. Great stay!

Lovely stay
The location is perfect and the property is very nice. The pictures are accurate. The beds are really comfy. We loved Truman Annex. It is an easy bike ride or walk to Duval Street, Southernmost Point, Zachary Taylor Beach, Hemingway House, the Little White House, and many other local attractions. The pool is steps away from the back gate and the patio and two balconies are great for relaxing or cooking on the BBQ that is included with the unit. The air conditioner works great! Compass realty was very helpful and provided a wealth of information. Check in and check out instructions were clearly communicated and easy to follow. You will not regret renting this cute apartment!

Incredible property & location
We had a phenomenal experience at this property. It is part of a larger neighborhood that is extremely well-maintained, quiet, and friendly. This neighborhood is about 2 blocks from all the fun, so it was nice to be able to walk there when we pleased, but escape when we wanted the peace and quiet. We would never stay anywhere but Truman Annex! The home was clean, and filled with everything we needed. The property managers were responsive and helpful, and the neighbors were friendly as well. We loved it here!
