Fantastic location and very, very cute. Wish we could have gotten towels refreshed daily - ended up with just one set for the 3 night stay. In hindsight, I probably should have contacted someone - they were always very helpful.

Great stay in Sugar Pie Suite

We had a great time staying at this location. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was ideal. We had one issue with the battery in the AC remote and it was fixed within 30 minutes of our request. We will be staying there again.

Amazing!

The stay was wonderful. The room was clean and welcoming. We spent so much time in the pool, we ended up making friends with all the neighboring units. The lock on the front gate was not working, I reached out to the host and immediately got a response that they would look at it asap. It was fixed later that night. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay! Thank you so much for the beautiful room and location!

RockIsland concert visit

This unit is really quite small (220 sq/ft) but it is very close to Duval street and an easy 15 minute walk from the concert venue. It served its purpose for us just fine.

Cute and convenient

Overall it was a great stay and a great location. My only real concern/complaint is that the codes provided were mixed up. We were never able to use (unless left open by the maintenance) the green door closest to our door. The other door it took several tries to get the code to register and get in. Thankfully the area is safe but coming back at late hours it’s always a lil nerve racking not knowing when you’ll be able to get in the gate. I messaged the owners the same way I had for other things but no reply.

Fantastic location, small but clean room. We found it quiet, great little courtyard. Prices high at 500/night but comparable to other units in that KW location. We had an unusually cold night in January and could find neither a heater nor any extra blankets. MOST NOTABLY, however: the steps from our individual unit were poorly lit; I fell one night and struck my head on the cement next to the grill. Please improve lighting of these steps and/or redesign for wider exiting steps. Thank you
