Great location. Easy walk to almost every venue.

I really did like the looks of the place and the location. Just two issues. The pool and the third floor. Wife and I each took a bathroom and I got to work out everyday using the third floor bathroom. Other than that, the entire unit was clean and in great shape. Our biggest issue was with the pool the size of my living room which was shared by dozens of units. Very cramped with a maximum of seven people allowed in the pool and they had about the same number of chaise lounges . Rarely were we able to find two chaises together. Also, right outside the pool there were was a house with a group blasting ridiculously loud club music every time we were at the pool. I don't understand how they got away with that everyday. If they had another pool or bigger pool we would probably go back. However, since they don't, I doubt that we will.

Clean, comfortable and perfect location

We stayed there with 4 adults. The unit was very clean and comfortable! We were able to get to beach and ducal at on bikes or by foot. Perfect location! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

Overall the location and accommodations were outstanding. The accommodations were immaculate and very nicely decorated. My children did say the air conditioning was weak on the 3rd floor and it was too warm at night. Otherwise everything was great!

Beautiful

Great location. 2 blocks from Duval St and Mallory Square. Lots of space. Would definitely stay there again. Didn't give 5 stars because dryer didn't work and felt they could have some more tall glasses.

Nice property, excellent location.

This townhouse was clean and was in a fabulous area of Key West. It is in walking distance to Duval, Mallory Square, beaches, etc. We had a great stay here and would definitely come back. The amenities in the townhouse were fine and in working condition. Kitchen and bathrooms could be upgraded but for a vacation rental it was more then adequate. The convenience of this property to all Key West attractions and the beautiful area it is located in made this a perfect vacation choice.

Property very clean and accessible. Great location. DVD player in living room we could not get to work. And the dryer vent I think needs to be replaced. But over all a wonderful stay and will be back.

Quiet and great location

We loved our stay at this property. Although the fixtures in the unit are not the newest, and the dryer is not efficient (takes 2 or 3 runs through to dry a load of laundry), everything else was great. We loved being in Truman Annex. Super quiet at night, but only 2 blocks from Duval so you walk and be part of the action, but then come "home" to sleep quietly. Loved the front porch. Spent mornings drinking coffee in the shade and watching the joggers, scooters and bikes go by. For a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, space was ample and gave everyone enough room to move around. We would stay here or in a similar unit again.

Fantastic place!

The place was fantastic - wonderful location, very clean and big enough for our family. Sitting on the front porch was absolutely perfect. The only comments I would add are that the pool is so small and always too busy for us to enjoy. The photo is not inaccurate, it’s completely accurate, just so tiny. And the chairs on the 2nd floor outdoor area are plastic and look like they may collapse at any moment. We definitely didn’t feel comfortable using them.

Key West Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Key West Found. We checked in on a Sunday, when the office was closed. The process, using a lock box to retrieve our keys, worked great. The condo was clean and suited our needs perfectly. Truman Annex seems a world away from Duval yet is only two blocks. We drove down and brought our own food. The kitchen served our purposes well. Would recommend the owners look at upgrading their Wifi. The signal was weak and very slow. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Thank you !

Of course, my roommates were college friends ( class of ‘77 ) so there was no shortage of laughter! We were a five minute walk from Truman Park and Mallory Square. Duval Street was also walkable as well as Ernest Hemingways house. Restaurants galore along the way. We had an issue with one toilet plugging twice but each time it was dealt with in a timely matter. Do not hesitate to rent this property!

Great stay in the Foundry

We had another great stay in the Foundry building in the Truman Annex. Avant Stay was easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs. (although they charged $75.00 to put the third floor twins together as a King). The app and text number made things quick. The property itself was clean and very convenient to Duval but yet quiet once the night was over due to the locked pedestrian gates. The ground floor had a severely buckling tile floor. Avant Stay acknowledged that it was being replaced but during our stay would crack and leave dried caulking all over the floor.

Mix up at the start

When we got the correct unit, all was good. The condo is in a great location, was clean and very comfortable. Kitchen supplies could have been better. I know it said to bring necessities, but I would think storage containers for leftovers or baggies or some sort of foil or something besides the grocery bag to use would be available. Also, clean salt and pepper and maybe dry condiments would be nice.

Reviewer Comments: We loved staying in Key West Found in the Truman Annex. It's perfectly located within a 20 minute walk to many of our favorite things in Key West. The Condo was super clean and comfortable. Check in / Check out was a breeze! We especially loved sitting on the front porch in the morning. The palm trees and foliage provide just enough privacy. Everything in the condo was as described. Lots of great windows for natural light. The beds were comfortable. There are lots of stairs since it's a 3 story condo so the people sleeping on the 3rd floor need to be prepared for that. The 3rd floor toilet clogged a lot and we had to call. Not sure if it was every fixed but it was a minor inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.

Great location close to Mallory Square and all the action on Duval Street, yet is in a quiet, secure gated community. The condo comes equipped with everything needed in a kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towells, and a W/D which is great for drying swimwear after a day on the water. Bigh BEdrooms we’re large and beds comfy along with large en-suite bathrooms. Everything is truly walkable from this condo, however if you don’t like to walk it’s super easy to rent a bike, scooter, or golf cart for the day or get a ticket for the trolley. Negatives to the condo are three floors so stairs to each bedroom, pillows were too stiff for me, and unfortunately the cable and wifi was out the entire week we were there as the Truman Foundary Annex was updating or changing providers.
