Idyllic!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We'll never forget our fabulous trip to Key West and the biggest reason why is because of 728 Love Lane. This home is charming, spacious and close to everything, yet so quiet and private. Shana, our property manager, was very responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with.

House was great, rental agency not so much

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect as well. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed every day in this amazing home!! We would love to go back. Only issue with the house is the management company (Truman). They were awful. Trying to rent this house again was a nightmare. Someone different got back to us every time and every person had a different story. When we reached out to rent it for October, the woman said it wasn't her job. She didn't offer to put us through to the right person or anything. We were offered first right of refusal for January '24, only to be then told the owners would be staying. (Again, got several different stories about this). If we do decide to stay at this house again, it will be because of how much we LOVED IT!! And nothing to do with the management company. In fact, we both hate the fact that Truman will make any money from this.
