Time At Pearl Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolutely incredible time at the Pearl Cottage! We love love love it! It is bright and light and decorated very nicely with high end beachy feel. It is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 4 baths! Nice pool and the location is absolutely perfect! Highly recommend! Service with Best of Key West Rentals is 5 star every time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pearl Cottage is a beautiful and comfortable home in an excellent location. We are a short walk from downtown, close to some excellent restaurants and on a quiet street. The furniture and beds are comfortable and the pool is refreshing after our busy days. There is no indoor dining area and our manager has been helpful in dealing with a few minor issues. I would highly recommend Pearl Cottage.

Charming and great location - April 2025

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage location and front porch are both terrific. Additionally the property management co. did a great job handling small issues. A real pleasure to work with. Would say however the marketing photos and description could have been more helpful when it came to the back patio and pool area which is separated from the back house on the property by a tall white fence. The fence blocks the airflow resulting in a very warm space. Additionally the shrubbery around and above the fence created quite of bit of debris which needed to be cleaned daily from the patio and pool. Finally the wifi did not work properly throughout our stay going out at least once an hour. Again we loved the location and our time on the beautiful front porch.

It is in a great location, a quiet neighborhood but close to the fun on Duval and at the harbour. The pool is excellent and we loved sitting on the front porch for our coffee. Our manager, Dan, was responsive to any questions or issues we had during our stay.
