Loved the location. The setup of the bedrooms was great. But the 3rd bathroom and shower is located outside near the pool.

Bathroom situation is a bit weird, but works. No shampoo/soap which isn’t great. A/C units in each room and heated pool great(pay for the heater). Parking super convenient. Would definitely stay again.Owner was great…

Thanksgiving in the Keys

Would have been 5 stars but the pool needed cleaned and never got warmed up as I requested and paid extra for. The house was very clean and the location was ideal for our group. Parking is not ideal if there is more than one vehicle in your group.

Even Better than Listing

This was the perfect house for a girls trip. The location is wonderful by Duval Street and a grocery store and Walgreens extremely close. There’s an adorable cafe on the corner for fresh coffees in the morning. We truly enjoyed our stay. I would recommend a sound machine as the roosters in Key West come out in full force.

GreAt Location

Located 1 block off Duval, 1/2 way between Mallory Square and Southern most point. Not fanciest interior but great for families. Loved the heated pool in evenings after sunset

Great location!

Close to everything!!! Perfect house, perfect spot. The two villas separated by pool gave us all our own space with common area. Would definitely recommend and we would rent again!

Great location.

We had a great time and enjoyed the location. Everything within walking distance. A grocery store right across the street which was very handy. The house could use a few updates but overall our family had a good time.

Wonderful location

Clean and close to everything. Loved the fact that the grocery store was across the street. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint on location was that there were noisy service and garbage trucks early morning. The pictures of property do make it seem much bigger but we were pleasantly surprised after a day that the layout and location was perfect!

Fabulous accommodations and amazing location!

This property is exactly what you see in the photos. FABULOUS! From booking to check out, we could not have asked for better. Excellent response from owners, the house has everything you could need, including a wonderful pool! Walking distance to all of Key West. We all loved this house and the little cabana. If you are looking to be in the heart of Key West with your own home oasis, this is your place!

Great location, Nice clean home with Privacy

The pool area is nice and private, tho does not get a lot of sun. Plenty of space around the pool area. The pool house is much quieter, newer and more insulation, I would guess. You do not hear the roosters in that house! Groceries across the street. A block from Duvall. Still quiet all day long. Perfect spot. We will be back.

Paradise

Staying at Pavilion Villa was an amazing experience for our family of 10. The private pool was perfect! The location was perfect too. The only con was the broken sleeper sofa, which we were counting on to sleep our party of 10. They did provide an air mattress to replace it. One additional suggestion would be a railing on the wall in the bathroom/shower for improved accessibility, as we traveled with a disabled family member. Otherwise, we couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable place to stay in Key West!

Loved every minute of it!

Twenty-six straight years of these eight girlfriends getting together - and we loved every minute at The Pavillion Villa! We walked, talked, ate, drank, laughed, shopped, and then relaxed by the pool! Vacation Homes of Key West were wonderful guests (we couldn't believe the villa came so equipped - beach towels, small cooler, kitchen supplies, etc.) The location was perfect with Fausto's Food Palace across the street, Cuban Coffee Queen, Mr. Z's, the Cafe, and Old West Mexican around the corner, and Key West Distillery at the end of the street - we didn't have to uber once. Thank you for these wonderful memories - continue to be sweet!

Horrendous Experience

We found a bed bug. The property management compaqny, Vacation Homes of Key West, refused to acknowledge the validity of the complaint or to have the house treated. The entire experience ruined the stay. I wouldnt stay in this house ot use this managment company if my life depended on it. Thei customer service was contentious and extremenly unprofessional.

Great Place but dated

The location of the house was great. The grocery store was just across the street and Duval was just 1 block away. It was nice to have two separate places with the pool in between. But for a little criticism; the couches are pretty worn out in the main house. So if you are older, it is hard to get out of because you sink down. And the TV is so old we couldn’t hook any devices into them. And we never got the Wi-Fi. And the gnats in the guest house come into the old exhaust fan and the bathroom window. But we would return again.
