The freezer and refrigerator weren’t cooling upon arrival. They sent maintenance out immediately. Overall a nice stay, we chose to fly in this time and to rent a golf cart for transportation. It was super convenient to have concierge service within the resort. Very relaxing stay with all the amenities you could ask for!

Absolutely loved this place. Felt like I was at home and didn’t feel like I was in a hotel room. The only problem was the refrigerator. It didn’t work. We called maintenance and they came to fix it. But the refrigerator didn’t get cold at all. Also, I used the jacuzzi once and only 2 of the jets worked. That wasn’t a real issue though. Just wanted to make sure it was noted.
