Upon entering the home, you will be in awe of the smart design and vaulted ceiling. An open concept family room and kitchen with natural light, sit between two bedrooms and two full baths, making it perfect for family or friends. The family room is comfortably furnished, and the sofa bed provides an additional sleeping space. The family room spills into the dining area and a beautifully updated kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, white shaker cabinets and quartz countertops round out the space. The primary king bedroom has a reading chair and bedside lighting. Its ensuite bath is beautifully done and has dual sinks and a large walk-in shower. The secondary full sized bed bedroom includes nightstands and bedside lighting. The second full bathroom is located next to this bedroom and has a white vanity and tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have closets, TVs, and walls that are adorned with wainscoting and muted colors of the sea. BED CONFIGURATION: The primary bedroom has a king bed, and the secondary bedroom has a full sized bed. There is a pull-out sofa in the family room.

PARKING: There is no designated parking space, but street parking may be available throughout the neighborhood.

LOCATION: Old Town Key West just off a quiet one-way street in a residential neighborhood. Walkable to Duval Street and a variety of restaurants, shops, and Key West attractions.
