Loved our stay here. Parked the car and was able to walk to everything the entire two days we were there. The pool was very relaxing (Shores).

We rented a car then when we got to the resort we had to paid to park our car there also. I think you paid to go to the resort you should not have to paid to park there. We had not planned for that at all. It was $500. more, we stayed 5 days.

We booked a ocean view, balcony room for our wedding stay, however the ocean view was obstructed by construction cranes, and materials. The staff did not offer us a different room although there were many vacant ones with good views. Thanks for making our wedding not a memorable as it should have been.

Paid for beachfront view room but on the first morning at 0600 a huge noisy crane arrived on the beach which was closed. Construction was very noisy and started at 6 every morning. We were not advised of this prior to booking.

I did not like how loud my room was !!! I paid for a good room and people sounded like they were coming thru the floors and walls , I did not like my stay at all !!!!!

There was heavy construction directly in our ocean view, that we paid for. It was needed for the damage done in years past, but there should be a warning when booking the room. Many of the staff were helpful and friendly, but some were rude.

We were very impressed by Damian, the chef at the Southernmost Cafe. He took our freshly caught catch from a fishing trip and prepared an amazing dinner for us by perfectly cooking our fish! Wonderful attention to detail and made for a memorable dining experience! Kudos to the chef!

Overcharged us! Gave us a room that someone else was staying in. Walked in on people in their privacy. No compensation for traumatizing us. Construction outside our newly assigned room with no beach access as promised. Never again!

Beautiful resort. The beach was incredible and the beachside pool was amazing. We were close to everything downtown has to offer, felt very safe, and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. After touring around the area - this definitely stood out as having been the perfect spot to stay!

Service is poor. The beach chairs are all broken and really uncomfortable. The front desk people are rude and not accommodating. The room has no view and not worth the money.

Great location and wonderful time on the property. Front desk seemed unorganized at times which caused confusion with checking. System was down so had to write credit card info on a piece of paper. Not something I would generally be ok with

The resort was great! Location was perfect and super convienent. Had a taste of everything there from location, to beach, to great pools, food and drinks. Would definitley stay there again!
