Great Location

Great condo for 4. Has large balcony with wonderful view. Walking distance to Smathers and Higgs beaches. Complex has nice pool area and mini-beach. Would stay here again.

Magical retreat!!

Amazing location!! Gorgeous views!!! Great kitchen for relaxing nights in!!This was such a gift to find to take a break from Vt winters. We hope to be back!!

Great location and view

Condo was clean and Brian greeted us on check in to go over everything. The location was great and you can not beat the view from the balcony.

Great location

We didn’t want to stay in the heart of Key West, so this condo was perfect. A short walk to a nice beach, and just minutes from Duval. Would stay here again.

Great Place & Property Manager

Easy to check in, he was waiting for us when we pulled in. He helped us to our parking space, up to our room and showed us around. Place was clean and the views were amazing. Easy walking distance to the beach, minutes.

Beautiful property

We have stsyed in Key West several times. This was the nicest kept condo we have stayed at. It is well maintained, clean and was a joy to stay at. We will stay here again on our next trip down.

Summer get-away

The location is nice if you want to be near beach and town. The drive into town was quick. The view from balcony was amazing. The pool area was awesome. Would definitely stay there again

Great Place

Great communication with the rental agency. Answered all questions promptly. The condo was excellent. They thought of everything you need including a Key Lime Pie in the fridge! There were beach chairs, a Kuerig, plenty of towels, beach towels, you name it. I will stay here again. It's one of the nicest places I've visited. The pool area and view were awesome.

All that we could have asked for and more.

Great place for our trip - two couples visiting KW for the first time. Very comfortable, clean, well-stocked, and with all the amenities we could have wanted. Brian was also a great host who was very attentive to our needs.

Awesome Key West experience

The condo was a wonderful retreat. We lounged by the pool during the day, did some excursions and had wonderful views to return to in the evening. If you are looking for a place to stay, this condo unit is it.

The location was perfect. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. This is an excellent place to stay. It was very clean. Very nice very convenient. Located to everything. There was a little construction going on down below my unit, but I was reimbursed accordingly for the Inconvenience.

There was very helpful information available for lots of activities and restaurants.We had a connection issue with one of the televisions and had help with it within twenty minutes! I would definitely recommend staying there

The property is walking distance from Smathers beach and is very close to the airport. It is also within 15 mins drive to Duval Street. The views of the Atlantic from all rooms of this property is fantastic. One can spend the entire day enjoying the views from the balcony while having your favorite drink or with a book. The interiors were clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all utensils one can imagine to prepare a meal and was stocked with common spices. It even had a variety of kitchen appliances. Brian B, The Guest Service Coordinator was excellent. He was welcoming, and walked us through in detail as we walked in. I highly recommend this property and would rent it again if I were to visit Key West.

Pictures don’t do the inside justice

Great place to stay and great customer service. Place was huge with lots of storage and amenities! Kids loved the huge living room tv at night for movies. Location was great for hopping in a taxi to go to city or a short drive to public beaches….pool was perfect and work out area. Would stay again! Thx so much!

Away from the hustle-bustle

Loved the property and the concierge service was AMAZING! Close to a beautiful garden club and Salute’ restaurant (sister to Blue Heaven). Rent a scooter or golf cart for trips to downtown.

Upscale relaxation

Walking on sunshine was nothing but the best! Beautifully decorated and well maintained. I appreciated not having to run to the store for garbage bags, soaps and detergents. And all items were brand new, never opened. The location was quiet and perfect for a relaxing vacation.
