「It seems likely that this is a fairly new property (i.e, a recently refurbished property under new management), and I expect that some of the anomalies are growing pains that will eventually be worked out. The property was nice, spacious, and the flooring and furnishings looked very new. The floor was actually rather uneven, which was OK, but something to know about.
The system is set up with electronic locks for the hotel entrance and for the rooms, and there is a phone number to call for...

「We had a great stay!! The cottage had everything we needed for our weekend trip. The host was very responsive and friendly. The homemade blueberry muffins were a great bonus and there were even homemade dog treats for our pup. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.」

「Cabin was clean inside and the beds were small but comfortable. We never received the check in instructions via email so had to call host for entry code. No screens on main living area slider or windows so had to keep closed due to mosquitoes, luckily we had an air conditioner. Coffee maker would not turn on, outside decks was dirty and garbage can was overflowing. Would not recommend.」

「What a great place! Kitchen was very handy to have and we felt like we were at home in this unit. The unit was spotless and bed was comfy. Bathroom was big and the location was primo for the arena. We walked to pike place market, space needle and the hockey game. Having the parking pass was also a huge bonus. We would stay here again on our next visit to Seattle without hesitation. 」
