Beautiful house. We really enjoyed our stay. Hot tub is right across the street.Smaller than what the pictures suggest, but still really nice.House is really clean for the most part. Mold in the upstairs shower.

We enjoyed this townhouse for a girls trip. Beds were very comfortable and the fireplace was appreciated in the evenings. There were some things that needed to be fixed…. The patio door was hard to open and lock, the Kuerig didn’t work, the patio was small with only 2 chairs and one of those was broke…. But the important things were very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. It was also very clean!

Great place to stay with friends/family

Overall it was a great experience. Had some issues with the neighbor who consistently parked so we couldn't get out of the garage, but that was the only complaint. Place was very clean and location was great. Less than 20 min to Copper/Breckenridge. Would recommend for family or group of friends.

Nice place and excellent customer service

The location is great and we really enjoyed the property. After 3 days we encountered a problem with the community boiler. Andrea provided excellent customer service and quickly moved us to another unit. I will definitely book with the host again because I know they'll take care of any problem.

Perfect Stay

The property was located very conveniently to all things in Summit County. The townhome is located in a neighborhood that feels nicely isolated amongst the mountains and trees. The neighborhood clubhouse, swimming pool, and hot tubs are a short walk from the townhome front door. The clubhouse and facilities are nice and well kept. The townhome was satisfactorily clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The property and furniture within were all well maintained. The outdoor deck, located on the 2nd floor of the townhome, is on the smaller size. Comfortable for two people to sit and relax. The single living room or living area flows into the dining area and kitchen. The living room itself is again smaller, but adequate for our group of 6. The townhome has 3 floors or levels. Therefore, it is important that guests are comfortable navigating stairs. The management company's communication was effective and seemless. I am happy to share that I do not have a single compliant or concern about this specific property. Overall, it was the perfert property for my family and I. Thank you!

I had a VRBO in keystone and sold it. I stay in keystone once a month during ski season. Good: location was great. Loved the 3 bedroom and had 3 bathrooms! Great for 3 people or 3 couples Love the parking in the garage. Over all clean and nice!! Price was fair. Bad or recommendation:One of the rooms needs bunk beds. I can’t think of anything bad. I’m comparing from my past experiences. Definitely would stay here again!

Check-in was very easy. Kitchen had everything you could need to cook a meal, however if you plan on using the grill make sure you get instructions from the property manager. We did have issues with running out of hot water, however it was resolved quickly. Overall a great stay!

This 3 BR townhome was exactly as advertised. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough away to be super quiet.The management company was very easy to deal with and incredibly helpful. We had some questions and Erin went out of her way to provide answers.
