Would love to keep returning to this property

We have stayed in many rentals and this one beats them all.

Family trip

We booked this house for it convenience to Keystone River Run and the bike path. The house is everything we wanted. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Just the perfect setting for our group of 9 to gather for Christmas. Home was even lovelier than the photos present. Hot tub, pool table, grills, fireplace and beautiful setting. Many thanks!

Beautiful Home

The house was wonderful! Great layout. Clean. Well equipped. Nice linens and towels. Nicely furnished. Would absolutely rent again and highly recommend. Property manager responds very quickly. Only negative was the charge for early arrival when house was empty already, that seemed ridiculous.

All of the amenities were as described and the location couldn't have been better. The only thing was we has 3 or so inches of snow while there and the driveway was never cleared. This house has a great location--easy drive into River Run Village, or we could take the walking path straight to the slopes--so convenient! The house was well stocked and comfortable with great amenities. Our family of 8 people especially loved the hot tub and the the pool table. We will definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our group, plenty of room for everyone to spread out but also plenty of room to gather together to eat and play games. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the house was in excellent condition and had beautiful finishes. When we ran into an issue with the television, they were prompt to respond, and we were back in business. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Great Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The residence is perfect for a large family and/or group of friends. We all had enough space to spread out. The rental had everything you needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The pool table was a great source of entertainment in the evenings after dark. The property is located near awesome hiking trails and several towns including Breckenridge, Frisco and Silverthorne where there are shops and places to eat. The fire pit was great for roasting marshmallows and there were two BBQ grills at the property as well. Only issue was that on a Thursday morning, we notified SCMT of a very brief power outage which knocked out all of the TVs and informed them the ice maker was not working but no one came out to resolve these issues by the time we checked out on Saturday.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed a lovely long weekend celebrating our parents 72nd wedding anniversary and Dad’s 92nd BD. The home was spacious and comfortable with lots of amenities. The entry and first floor master were perfect for our parents so they didn’t have to climb stairs. The gas firepit outside was great for the 8 of us to sit around. Nice extras were the pool table and hot tub. We did have trouble accessing the TV but a quick call had a maintenance guy out within an hour to enter the proper codes. The mgmt team often checked on us to ensure everything was ok. We were very impressed with the digital guide and instructions, which explained nearly everything we needed to know. Only suggestion would be to make the guide unit specific which would have helped with the TV issue. Overall, we enjoyed the property and would stay there again.
