“Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast selection that changes everyday (including typical Kazakh snacks), though the hot foods are lukewarm at best. The room temperature was hard to control: the heating was too much and there is no way to turn it off. We had to use the air conditioner in October to bring the temperature down. Beware: the indoor pool is not included in the reservation unless your room level is high enough. This was not at all indicated in the reservation.”

“The location of this hotel is a real advantage, just a few minutes away from the main sites, and a 6 minutes walk from a LRT station whether one arrives at the airport or at the Nurly Zul train station. Several restaurants and cafés just round the corner as well proved to be very practical. For 40-50 euros a night a large double room, the price is unbeatable. The only flaw to me was that there was no Internet. Officially, there was wifi, but it never worked.”

“It is a good priced hotel and the room was decently sized, but my shower had problems with the water pressure and the heat. Staff are okay, they don’t seem to want to be there though.”
