「Beautiful property . I booked a luxury room with marvelous decorations . The room was clean. Breakfast acceptable and friendly staff. The hotel is a little far away from Itchan Kala the historic center of Khiva , but they compensate providing a shuttle service whenever you want to go to the center and back to the hotel in just 10 min . I think was a good experience stayed there」

「It was a beautiful stay staff were super helpful and accommodating The room was beautiful and clean great for one night」

「Oasis is perfectly located to explore the old town (plus, it’s reachable by taxis!). My room had two twin beds and I found them slightly small, but the mattress was perfect for my taste. Room was quiet and warm, in spite of outside chilly weather. Breakfast was very yummy and complete. The manager was extremely helpful, booking my early morning taxi to Urgench airport and leaving me coffee and sweets!.」

「Breakfast was well prepared, staff members were helpful.」

「we stayed two nights and no one cleaned up the room on our stay of the 2nd stay. There are no clean towels, and no free bottle of water on the 2nd day. Room is dusty and filthy. And I won't stay in this hotel if given a second chance」

「staff very friendly」

「From the outside, it's a hole in the wall. Once inside, it's just plain comfortable. Everything works, Mom smiles and feed you like her son. You don't really want to leave.」

「Very modern and clean property with friendly and attentive staff close to the center of town.」

「Amazing family run hotel In a fantastic easily accessible location. Good breakfast and very comfortable sleeping accommodations! Very pleasant stay in Xiva thanks to this hotel!」

「No hot water at the hotel and they just trying to let us take shower with cold water」

「Staff were really sweet and helpful. Great location. I had a room by the reception and it was difficult to sleep as you could hear everything and everyone walking and talking in the reception as the walls were quite thin. But everything else was great」

「Horrible experience!! We truly disliked our stay there; bathroom smells like sewage, customer service is non existent, very poor decor, and lack of outdoor light, difficult to find, the location is on the end of the wall city near north gate. I do not recommend this place and service.」
