The room was large, clean and had everything i needed, even a washing machine, which was very useful.
Great view o the lake from the balcony.
Everyone at reception were super helpful, especially Alice, who was very attentive and she even gave me recommendations for my trip to Sapa.”

“The room look nice and simple, not too fancy but feel comfortable to stay. Furniture is mostly wood so the space feel warm and a bit traditional, I like that style. Everything look clean and ok, nothing special but no problem also.
Bathroom is a good point, very clean and smell fresh, this is important for me so I feel quite satisfied. Location is also good, in Old Quarter area so it easy to go around, eat and walk to many place. Overall it a decent place to stay, worth the price and suitable……
