We loved our stay in this house. It had everything our family needed e.g. lots of cutleries, plates, bowls, bikes, swim boards. Location was also great, just 5 mins walk to the nearest beach. Will definitely try to book it again!

What a great place for a holiday - walk or ride to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Lots of equipment for our use - boogie boards, bikes, golf clubs, games, books…the works. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this traditional South Coast holiday home.

We loved every part of our stay! Watching sunrises from the lounge, Lunches on the balcony, whale watching with the binoculars, riding the bikes, each person having their own room. And close enough to walk into Narooma. Loved it all! Thanks so much.

Love staying here - it was our second time at this house. Ian is a wonderful host. House is well set up - 6 adults, with a space for each of our young adult kids. Kitchen is great!! We only ate out for one meal, and very happily cooked at home for the rest. Lots of fun, quirky decorations and features - My youngest loves the binoculars!!! But only saw one whale this year. And our dogs were welcome too. Love this spot xx

Great location. House was clean.Plenty of towels, sheets etc and the bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Thankyou. Rooms smallish but adequate for a short stay. Needs another toilet if 4 couples are staying and internal stairs are a challenge especially if carrying stuff up or down. Overall a nice little holiday house in a lovely location.

Excellent family getaway - one of the most generous appointed accommodations where one didn't have to bring the kitchen sink. Am used to having to pack one's own basics like salt, pepper, olive oil, washing stuff, laundry stuff, paper towels - but all of that was generously provided. Ian also provides bikes, golf clubs and boogie boards! Only thing missing was coffee machine (we couldnt figure out how to make the one there work) - so my only suggestion would be to BYO coffee plunger. Comfortable accommodation for the extended family and literally just 5 mins out of town - so away from the hub bub to relax in one's own space.

My self and 4 colleges over 60 , shared the property . The five bed rooms made it very comfortable . The location enabled us to do lots of walking to enjoy the fabulous beaches and coastal environment . So much too see , seals , dolphins , sea birds , stingrays and fish . The restraints and caffès in the close vicinity made it an excellent venue for our needs . We had lots of fun .

Stayed here over the New Year with my adult kids & partners and my brother and his younger family. Enjoying our meals out on the patio, whilst taking in the views of Montague Island - fantastic. We even had a couple of rainbow lorikeets join us for some fruit. Kitchen was well stocked, with a multitude of cutlery, plates, bowls, cups to choose from. There was also lots of spare sheets and towels, including beach towels for us to use. The owner was very easy to contact when a small issue came up during our stay and had it sorted out within 30 minutes. Would stay again - highly recommend
