Nice location.
The only issue we had with the property was that it had multiple steps to gain entry. When we booked we were under the impression that there was only 2 steps but upon arrival we found we had 2 then another 5-6 to get to the unit. The challenge was that my wife was in a wheel chair and that was a challenge. Once inside she could navigate pretty well but coming in and out of the unit was not what we had expected. There are a few updates that were needed like frig with rust on the out side of it and flooring that needs to be replaced. Master bath had some mold and mildew growing on the shower ceiling. Overall very well stocked with about anything you could need as far as kitchen accessories. I did not like the kerig coffee maker, that really needs to be replaced with a much newer model. The beds slept well and the linens provided were adequate for our stay.

Very nice pet friendly villa
The screened porch under the trees on the pond was wonderful. Was clean and reasonably well-equipped, with comfortable beds. 10-12 min walk between holes on Turtle Point golf course to the beach at boardwalk 28. Kitchen floor board needs some work, improvised sliding door bar should be replaced. Renovation of unit next door was noisy on weekdays. Communication with manager was texting or phoning Vacasa bots, which were not helpful.

I enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo and the location. But there were some items that was broken that I had to report but they never came out to look at them.

Nice place, great location
It was nice, clean, and in a great location. A couple floor boards need repair and the kitchen door to the trash was very dirty and needs a paint job. The tv’s were great and worked well. Very clean and everything worked well. Overall an excellent vacation.

Perfect spot for relaxing
We loved the vibe of Kiawah. The short bike ride to the beach or longer ride to FreshFields for morning coffee, it was the perfect location.

Nice place!
Nice place, good location, it’s great for 2 people or a family with 2 small children it’s a little on the small side. It has a nice layout, screened in porch and a 10 minute walk to the beach.
