Golf /Beach Villa on 18th Hole Turtle Point Golf Course and 5 minutes from Beach

Sit in the living room or dining room and enjoy the 18th hole of Kiawah's Turtle Point Golf Course. Two wonderful balcony views of the golf course from the master suite and main floor of the villa. The beautiful lagoon between the Villa and golf course attracts wildlife and gives a relaxing view to enjoy golfers on the final hole of the course. Ride a bike or walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Pass the lagoon with the biggest alligator we have and walk on the bridge to get a closer view. Everyone can enjoy the Villa with the master suite upstairs and the first floor spacious living area, queen bed with own bathroom and twin room with its own large bathroom as to not have to share with the kids. *** THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE RESORT OR POOL ACCESS*** RBL21-000156

Kiawah In-Process

This property is currently being renovated. Canvas pictures on the floors. No smoke detectors anywhere, Towel racks missing plus curtain rods in the closets. TVs in bedrooms 2 and 3 were on the floor, apparently ready to be mounted? Sliding doors (both floors) are in disrepair(Monique told me that new doors are on order)..Owner left a lot of clothes in 2nd floor BR reducing space for renter. Stovetop/oven probably should be replaced--functional but chronically dirty.. I have never stayed in a VRBO property like this.Property has many steps to challenge people with walking issues, including one of my friends who stayed the first 4 days. There are approximately 20 steps to the unit on the second floor. There are another 20 steps to the master BR on the 2nd floor.of the unit.The good news is that I received some good exercise for my legs.There was an early issue with the wifi system that Monique quickly responded to and resolved. I'm sure when the current renovation is completed, this property will show very nicely.

had a wonderful visit. Will definitely stay again. Had difficulty with wifi on our arrival; but manager took care of that quickly. Facilities were very accommodating in every way. Great location overlooking the lagoon on the 18th fairway. Has a leaky faucet in the kitchen. Had dirty sheets in the twin bedroom . Had to wash before using.

Great location

My son, niece and I stayed here for a wedding between Christmas and New Years. The condo was well furnished, very comfortable, centrally located on the island, and a 10 minute walk to the beach, which is absolutely beautiful. In the pond outside the condo windows were turtles, heron, jumping fish, deer...lots of wildlife. Also lots of stairs to get up to the unit but most all of the properties on the island have stairs to the main living areas. Owners were very responsive to questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Secluded paradise with beautiful views and quiet setting

This property offers a beautiful view and secluded setting. It is very clean and has all the appliances and dishes you could need. It is a bit of a drive from Charleston (about 45-60 min), but the drive is gorgeous. The villa is about a 10 min walk to the beach. We followed Google Maps to find the path which was a bit tucked away. We also enjoyed watching the alligators and felt safe from the 2nd level balcony. The master bedroom is on the second level of the upstairs condo, so something to consider if stairs are an issue for you. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit to this property.

Totally enjoyed our stay

Comfortable furniture in the rooms. Plenty of room to just hang out and enjoy the view of the golf course. Plenty of towels and other amenities. Will keep it on my list to stay there again the future.

Fourth Frolics and Family

We love Kiawah and have rented at Turtle Point numerous times. Therefore, we are familiar with floor plan and location to beach. This unit was new to us but did not disappoint. The rental agent was available and helpful when we had questions. We will return.

The property was as advertised. Great view of the 18th fairway and pond. Beach access was a good walk and there was no place to park closer to the beach so bring a bike and accompanying trailer for easier access.

A Perfect Girls’ Getaway

This property is lovely, clean, and the epitome of relaxation. Monique was helpful and available. The property is just as it’s described. The visits from the gators were a welcomed surprise. We are definitely hoping to visit again.

Absolutely lovely condo

We visited Kiawah with our senior parents along with our teenage and college age sons and absolutely loved the condo. It was so wonderfully designed with lots of space for everyone. We loved that the unit had a separate bathroom for each bedroom. The dining area, family room, and outdoor balconies were our favorite spots to spend time together. We loved spotting Kiawah largest alligator.! We will definitely stay here again!
