As you step into this exceptional marsh front home, you're immediately embraced by the sweeping views of the serene marsh leading to the Kiawah River. The living and adjacent dining rooms open directly to the deck, perfect for a bit of light reading or bird-watching with your morning coffee. The well-equipped kitchen provides ample space for family and friends to gather while cooking a delicious meal. 165 Marsh Hawk Lane is more than just a getaway; it's your sanctuary to relax, recharge, and embrace Kiawah Island life at its best.

165 Marsh Hawk Lane comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms. The primary suite, situated to the right upon entering and upstairs, boasts its own private balcony with stunning views, a king bed, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. On the opposite side of the home, the second guest bedroom is also located upstairs and includes a queen bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third guest room, located at the end of the hallway, offers two double beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

This Kiawah Exclusives vacation home is located on the scenic Kiawah River, only a short walking or biking distance from Freshfields Village, West Beach, and East Beach Village. Weekend getaway

The view of the Kiawah River was absolutely stunning! It was so peaceful and quiet! Layout of house was great for adult children to have their space. Once we got the AC fixed it was great!
