The beach is half a mile south, and Freshfields Village - a hot spot for dining, shopping, and entertainment - is two miles northwest. For a nice day trip, hop in the car and travel 23 miles northeast into historic downtown Charleston.

The pool can be heated upon request, all year round! However, if temperatures dip below 50 degrees, pool heat may not turn on. Once pool heat has been requested and turned on, no refunds can be given under any circumstances. 48 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $95 plus tax per day must be paid prior to check-in

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
