New Flat Screen Televisions in living room and bedroom. Second floor end-unit near stairs and elevator for easy access to the condo and parking area. Amenities include a new sofa sleeper, recliner, air conditioners and ceiling fans with lights and remotes, new lighting, new lanai chair cushions, area rugs, and more. The kitchen offers spacious cabinets stocked with cookware, dinnerware, new glasses, silverware, knives, storage containers, and more. The appliances are modern with glass cooktop stove, icemaker in freezer, easy to use dishwasher, full-size stack Washer & Dryer. This Condo is nicely furnished and very well equipped. There is also a small radio/CD player and a DVD/VHS player. At home feel with a clean, uncluttered look. Clean and well equipped

Relaxing, clean, and well stocked condo with a view of the ocean. Spent a lot of time on the Lanai, enjoying the Hawaii air :) The internet did go out almost immediately upon our arrival, but we didn't even bother contacting the owner about it because we didn't need it. I'm sure she would have been responsive. There is also some road noise, the condo being just on the other side of the road from the beach, but can't complain about that! Amazing sunsets every night. Thank you Marcia for creating this home away from home for others to enjoy.

Everything was great and having beach gear, chairs, umbrella etc were a huge plus! Will definitely stay here again as soon as we can return to Maui!

Great stay!

Apartment was spacious and clean, and location couldn't be better across from the beach. Tiny hiccup at checkin (must hit # key before entering lock code) but reception was so helpful even though it was after office hours. Highly recommend!

Very happy with this place!

The location was great with a park and beach area right across the street. The view was beautiful and the complex was well taken care of. The Condo was clean and well stocked. We were very pleased and would stay here again.
